Refund Policy of EliteShoppy

. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds can be requested under the following situations:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products – If you receive a damaged, faulty, or defective product, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
  2. Wrong Product Delivered – If you receive an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or design), we will issue a refund or exchange.
  3. Product Not Delivered – If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe, and tracking shows no movement, you may request a refund.
  4. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch – Customers may cancel their order before shipment for a full refund.
  5. Size/Fit Issues – Clothing and footwear can sometimes have fitting challenges. If an item does not fit, you may request a refund, provided it is unused and in original condition.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or labels.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by improper handling.
  • Items purchased under Clearance Sales, Final Sales, or Special Offers, unless defective.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents after delivery.
  • Gift cards, discount vouchers, and promotional items.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance due to photography or screen settings.

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

  • For defective/damaged items → refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For size/fit issues or change of mind → requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • After these periods, EliteShoppy reserves the right to deny refund claims unless mandated by law.

4. How to Request a Refund

Customers must follow these steps to initiate a refund:

  1. Contact Customer Support
    • Email us at support@eliteshoppy.com or use our online return request form.
    • Provide your order number, reason for refund, and photos/videos (if the product is damaged or defective).
  2. Approval Process
    • Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
    • If approved, you will receive return instructions or a prepaid return label.
  3. Returning the Product
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
    • Customers are responsible for proper packaging to avoid further damage.
  4. Inspection
    • Once we receive the item, our quality assurance team will inspect it.
    • If eligible, the refund will be approved and processed.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds are processed via the original payment method used at checkout:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments → 7–10 business days.
  • Net Banking / UPI Transfers → 5–7 business days.
  • Digital Wallet Payments → 2–3 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders → refunded via bank transfer or EliteShoppy store credit.
  • Store Credits → issued instantly once approved.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply under the following conditions:

  • If only some items from a multi-item order are returned.
  • If shipping charges are non-refundable (except when EliteShoppy is at fault).
  • If the item is slightly handled but still in resellable condition.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch → Customers can cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing them for a full refund.
  • After Dispatch → Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers must wait to receive the product and then initiate a return/refund request.
  • EliteShoppy reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

8. Exchange Policy

Customers may choose an exchange instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges are possible for different sizes, colors, or designs of the same product.
  • If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the difference.
  • Exchanges follow the same approval, return, and inspection process as refunds.

9. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to EliteShoppy’s error (wrong product, defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size ordered), customers must bear the return shipping cost.

10. International Orders

For international customers:

  • Refunds are processed under the same terms, but return shipping and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Import duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
